Susie in Adult Form as a Patient was an alter ego of Susie's among the pretend game alter egos. In the game, she came to the doctor with the complaint that her foot hurt. The doctor insisted that this was a ridiculous problem, and suggested a lobotomy. She soon began saying she should replace him as doctor, while commencing to kick him, causing him to cite this as the reason for her foot hurting.
