Santa Claus appears once in the strip in a poem where Calvin dreams that he is giving the presents to bad children. Calvin and Hobbes frequently talk about him and in one strip,Calvin quesions his existence, but takes it back.

Although he was only shown once, Santa Claus is mentioned often in Calvin and Hobbes.
