In the Spaceman Spiff universe, rocket scooters are high-velocity personal land vehicles. They appeared in a single strip as part of the 1/16 through 1/20 1989 story arc. In it, they were employed by the Zogwargs on the planet closest to Star X-351 to recapture Spaceman Spiff during his escape attempt.
