Mrs. Carroll

Mrs. Carroll is one of Calvin's neighbors. She is first mentioned when Calvin's mother recieved a call about Calvin running naked in her yard with Hobbes while tied to a kite (he had removed his clothes to shed weight and hopefully fly). Calvin's father mentioned previously having to get his son out of Mrs. Carroll's bird bath.
