Mr. Kneecapper is a substitute teacher at Calvin's school mentioned by Susie to Calvin in one comic where Miss Wormwood is sick.

Mr. Kneecapper's name sounds like an issue. Calvin claims he killed a kid the previous year. Calvin says to Susie; "Yeah some kid was talking in class, so Mr. Kneecapper took him out to the hall, and there were strange lumps in the cafeteria meatloaf that afternoon." Susie gets disgusted by this, and Calvin tells the reader: "Wait 'til she see's what's on today's lunch menu," implying that one of the items is meatloaf.
