It's A Magical World (ISBN 0836221362) is the fourteenth Calvin and Hobbes book, as well as the eleventh printed collection.

Description[]

It was released in October 1996 by Andrews & McMeel and collects the collects the strips published March 20 to April 2, and April 9 to December 31, 1995. The daily strips in this collection are printed slightly larger than in The Complete Calvin and Hobbes hardcover collection.

The back cover art (Calvin and Hobbes hugging) is different than that on the back cover of book 3 of The Complete Calvin and Hobbes hardcover collection. The other non-strip art in this collection is included in The Complete Calvin and Hobbes hardcover.

The book has the last meeting of G.R.O.S.S., as well as the last strip of Calvin and Hobbes. The book is named after Calvin's final line in Calvin and Hobbes: "It's a magical world, Hobbes, ol' buddy...let's go exploring!"

The book was available on the Kindle Fire kids account for free, but has since switched to a paid fee on the adult account, along with There's Treasure Everywhere.
