Charlie is Rosalyn's boyfriend. He does not appear in person, but sometimes when Rosalyn is babysitting Calvin, Charlie calls (and one time Calvin talked to him).
Charlie is also a barber who was seen only once, where Calvin got mad at him and demanded him to give back the tip he gave him for not giving him the haircut he wanted.
These people may be the same person, although that is unlikely.
