The Doctor is a minor alter ego of Calvin's.
Personality and Role
Calvin's doctor alter ego acted as a doctor to Susie's adult alter ego. He had very poor knowledge of medicine, regarding a mallet as an anesthetic and prescribing a lobotomy for foot pain which he claimed was psychosomatic.
