Calvin on Saturday
Saturday is Calvin's favorite day of the week. On Saturdays, Calvin wakes up at six o'clock and eats three successive bowls of Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs (or their earlier counterpart, Crunchy Sugar Bombs). He then proceeds to watch cartoon shows on television until noon, a practice he does occasionally acknowledge as a waste of time. Overstimulated from his breakfast and cartoons, Calvin becomes hyperactive and belligerent around lunchtime and his parents throw him out of the house. Although he will lament his banishment for some time, he usually has fun outside with Hobbes.
