Calvin's Desk is a recurring plot element in the Calvin and Hobbes strips. It usually is seen when Calvin is doing homework, writing letters to Santa Claus, writing poems, or in one strip, doodling. During these strips, Hobbes often accompanies him, and sometimes gives him feedback on what he is doing. Hobbes's behavior towards the world usually influences his thoughts about what Calvin shows him.
