The Box Office Lady was an extremely minor character that appeared in a single strip, dated 31/2/1986. Calvin decided to go the the movie theater to watch "Vampire Sorority Babes", but Hobbes said that he couldn't go, being a movie restricted to thoose eighteen and under. Calvin remarked it wasn't a problem, and in the next panel, a stuffed Hobbes appered as the head of trench coated person concealing Calvin, asking for a ticket. The Box Office Lady then muttered "This is a new one" implying that Calvin and Hobbes have tried to fool her before.
